Update and Back to Modeling

Alright all the new flooring is down and the room is back to normal, so modeling and layout work can continue

This is my new modeling area below. It still needs work but.............

Will be a big improvement over the old area below

Got back to my CV bridge, after fixing the damage it received this were I am.

I have seen other build this bridge and it look great and it a great kit with lots of detail, but my modeling skills lack a lot not sure I am going to do this kit credit. We will see.

I am traveling for work starting the 11th thru 21st not sure I will be posting anymore updates until I return.

Another Quick Update 6/19/11

Wow it's been a month since my last update.. Well not much accomplished. I complete the task that need to be done, so I could continue laying the new flooring. I got to laid more flooring today. Should finish up this week and get the room back to normal so I can get back to working on the layout.

Another Quick Update

Well not really an update. Not much, well nothing has progress since my last post. Work, Life and Health issues have been in the way for the Layout.

Today was the first day in the train room since my last post. I am hoping to complete the new flooring this week, so here a couple of photos of were I am today.

Walls and Ceiling Finished

Completed Walls and Ceiling. Electrical Receptacles , Lighting and Ceiling Fans installed.

Will be a while before finishing the floor, but room is usable.
Think I will setup my 36x80 Door Layout for now to have a layout to work on and run trains again.
While I work on a new plan for this room.

Been a while since my last post, so here my progress.

Most of the room has been textured and painted

This area is what left to finish, then on to the floor, ceiling lights and fans.

Also note I have added an window air conditioner/heater unit. I now have comfort while working.

Not a lot of progress, been working other Honey Do task. I have been able to put in a hour here and there so here the latest progress

There is still a lot to do. The area of the old office/layout room still has demo to be done. Next on my list to do.

Layout Room

Let's start with the room. Located across back side of the garage. I have approximately 300 Sq Ft. for the room. Present plans are to utilize approx. a 17'x11' area for the layout.
