Red River Models - T&P Muley Caboose

Wow, four months since my last post.

Over the holidays I acquired a laser cut wood T&P Muley Caboose kit from Red River Models (previously known as "The Marshall Shops").

I started with assembling the base core

Then added the siding

That is all for today.

More Box Cars

Today, I build 2 more kits got one more TP I-M kit left. I also renumber a few duplicate road number.

Four of the five were renumber.

New ART Reefers for the Layout

Finished the first two of twelve Intermountain Railway ART Reefer kits today.

These reefer kits are more challenging than the box cars. I destroy the roof on the first car, it attaches differently and since (and so far all) the roof(s) are warp  that I have inspected. I have obtain spare parts to correct my damage.

New Box Cars for the Layout

I pick up some Intermountain 40' Box Cars for the layout. Four I pickup this weekend at a train show, one off of E-bay and had a couple I had in the draw that need work.

Build four of the five kits and finish/repair another one that I got that was incomplete by someone else.
