Clarksville - Cotton Seed Company

Over the last couple weeks I have been laying out the Cotton Seed Company for Clarksville. After a lot of compression I have settle with a plan. There will be a main building, two sheds and Storage tanks for now.

First a couple of shots of the mock-up.

Then I started on how to build the main building . I had some Walther's Cornerstone modular kits on-hand so I going to them a try.

First wall

Not totally liking how this these kits go together, just have to see how it comes out.

Storage Tanks - Part III

Continued working on with the three additional tanks this weekend. Sanded the styrene caps down and installed the center gauge hatch and man-ways.

Storage Tanks - Part II

Not a lot of work since my last post. What I have done was accomplished yesterday.

Add handrail around the top of the first tank

My rough touch will require a little straightening of the brass handrails and ladder.

Then proceed with cutting down the remaining couplers and glue on the styrene cap

Thanks to a comment posted by Brad I acquired some stairs from Plastruc to tried again to add the spiral stairs, looks promising.
